Lisa Yim

Lisa Yim has been Company Secretary of Noble Group Limited since 1994, in charge of the overall corporate secretarial function and regulatory and corporate governance compliance. Prior to joining Noble Group on a full time basis in October 2004, Ms. Yim has worked in the corporate secretarial departments of various audit, legal and corporate services firms including KPMG and Deacons. She is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK, and a Fellow member of the Institute of Hong Kong Companies Secretaries (Associate member since 1988 and Fellow member since 1995).
