Cleanskin program
If you haven't worked in our industry before, but are motivated to be part of an amazing team, we have a comprehensive and industry awarded cleanskin training program to introduce you to the mining industry.
To begin, you will be involved in a rigorous recruitment process to aid us in selecting the right people for the role. We are looking for highly motivated, hard working people who love working in a cohesive team environment. If successful, you will complete a 10 week training program which includes theory and hands on training together with mentoring and great team support. This award winning program began in 2009 and continues to provide new coal miners and tradespeople with an innovative and informative start to their career.
